"Overall experience was great me and the wife have our new cars and love them both Ford Explorers. My only reason for a star reduction is my wife's car. I told them that both cars had to have leather and they had no XLT or base explorers with Leather so they got me a base and paid for Bendt Bros to put leather seats in. I know it's not Summerville Ford's fault for Bendt Bros delay and misquote on the heated seats, but since they out sourced to them I have to hold them responsible. If I would of been the one to choose the leather company that would of been a different story.
